    Hey @tbw

Sincere apologies for the disappointment caused and please be assured that I genuinely understand any frustration caused by this matter.

I have responded to your Facebook private message, in the hope that we can get that fixed for you ASAP as that could be happening as a result of some browser settings.

I look forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,

    Joseph
    Quidco Company Representative

Its sorted now Joseph. It was nothing to do with my browser - the problem was at your end with something wrong with your systems not agreeing with the total payable that it stated on my account (when some transactions FINALLY went to payable ). I was told this morning that Quidco were working on the problem and the money eventually became claimable this afternoon. I can't say I am happy with all the faffing about though - I only recently starting using Quidco again and its been nothing but timewasting hastle ever since. Thank you for getting bak to me though.

    Cool

I was kind of hoping the automatic points would go on my account after the manual addition was made but no such luck yet

    I was surprised we both got 250 pts today from sainsburys. These were for a "1st shop=25pts, 2nd shop = 50pts, 3rd shop=75pts, 4th shop = 100pts" promo that doesn't end until 3rd May.

I wasn't expecting those points until 31st May!

Yes I would say just the one also because they usually say you can take advantage of both or all the offers.

    Thank you :)
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)
