Wish I had seen this 15 mins ago when I was in there
Couldnt get the internet to work in there on phone, never can
Hello everyone. Very busy reorganising the spare room with new bookcases instead of 'temporary' shelves I put in about 20 years ago! Now I am making boxes to fit so that they will hide my sewing stuff and at the weekend I am going to see if I can make washable covers for them.
Izzey, I didn't realise you were local -- I'm about 20 mins or so away from Trafford ASDA.0 -

Well I think the whole of Mid Wales were shopping in the new ALDI today
Fourp got stroppy as it was so crowded
But I persisted & pushed my trolley up & down every aisle
Very impressed with quality & cheapness.
There was a reduced aisle. Super king cotton sateen duvet sets for £9.99 in either white or grey.
Bean bags £1.99
Excellent door mats that were like a grid of metal £1.49.
Balloons & trolley token key rings were the freebies
From there we went to Ts with my Aldi shopping (in a bag) in Ts trolley. Fourp went off to Ms to get their Cheese, pork & Pickle pies. Returned & put them in my Ts shopping at till queue, so I moved them into my Aldi shopping in bag....
So that action catches the beady eye of an SA, who then hovers behind trying to peer into my bag..
Oh dear he thinks we are nicking stuff :eek::eek: :o
So I engage him in chat whilst opening wide the bag & pointing out our Aldi buys :o:o remind me why I normally shop on my own :rotfl: Our Family Motto ~If all else fails - read the instructions...
