Have you tried live chat? I had BT mobile taking ages to become payable so went on live chat and they said Bt had confirmed it and even though they hadn't received the money yet they would pay me. It was payable within minutes and in my bank account in a couple of days. Having problems with tcb though, Virgin media was supposed to be payable a month ago but nothing,must a ticket in and all they have said is they will try and chase it up sometime:mad:

what about fb pm..
I done this with a problem with quidco a month or so ago, they responded so quick.

Yes, I've had several conversations with them and not got very far ! I had another go this morning and have finally been told they are having a glitch at their end and the balance I have is different to the one on their system. They say they are working on it and I should be able to withdraw this afternoon. Time will tell - and time is running on.

I have left several comments on FB - and they have got progressively more disgruntled. They haven't bothered to respond. Even Joseph ( their rep. who picked up my comments on here and asked me to contact him so he could sort it ) hasn't bothered to respond. I doubt I will bother with them again once I finally get my money (if I ever do !)

Quidco have had months to sort this technical issue, it has happened to me twice in the past and both times I was kept waiting about a week for it to be fixed and then they didn't tell me it had been sorted. And I pay for Premium membership as well!
