    Good morning all...

    I missed ILTS's cake photo.....

But who cares how much it cost...to you it was worth it and that's what always matters.
Sometimes it's not at all about money saving but saving money so that you can indulge in the things that will make you happy...wow moments are priceless and if you can you should always have a few!!!!

I've had a very busy couple of days, not all plain sailing but glad that a few things are starting to sort themselves out.

Toiletries dont on the face of it seem that impressive this week as it's 0 in and only 1 out but that was a huge soap and Gory body wash that has been ongoing since about September of last year....I'm glad to have got rid of it but there is another in my stash, which I just can't face starting so i'll have a go on something else for a while.

Wishing a lovely week for all....

I had a job that I really did love like that 35 years ago, was a great place to work, great people, and out in the middle of a forest so spent my free time watching rabbits playing, and watching people pulling adders out from the porter's trousers lol
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

OH has had the envelope with NHS on it so I am assuming that its the poo test :( He had a letter warning about its imminent arrival a week or so ago ...
oh gawd he is going to want to discuss it in every gross detail ...

In the meantime I have been struggling with a wretched raw throat and tickly cough since Thursday but Finally today I can give into it and the lemsip is brewing.

    Mostly been AWOL all weekend.

Eldest son and GF finally finished their lease on the Brum flat on Friday. Gf still has a week of work to do but she is staying with a friend this week.
Eldest son is still at his base near Bristol, more driving course to do this week and masses of paperwork but he is hoping to get it all completed this week. He has to book an inspection of his quarters before they can be signed off.
If all goes to plan next weekend is officially their move in date for the new place.

So both of them have been with us this weekend - mince and tatties Friday, salad Saturday and sausage and mash Sunday :)
GF MOTd her car on Saturday morning and then they went to play badminton and then we went to our nearest National Trust place for the afternoon. Sunday was mostly out in the garden and then an early dinner as Eldest son was driving back down south and GF was going back to Brum.

So a lovely quiet weekend was had by all

    Morning.
Lots of half price gift sets on shoes clearance including the Jack wills scarf set, s&g, no 7, Joules stuff, Ted Treasure Chest and Christmas sets.
No wonder my store had so little stock, it was still in the warehouse!
Good for peeps who have lots of points waiting to be used up!
    Hth.

Happy anniversary gocat, hope you had a lovely day :)

Off to bed I go, already for an early start tomorrow :(

Thankyou for comments and your right about the memories ,there's some things you just can't put a price on and it's because of previous stashes and savings on here that I was able to pay for it :)

MKS thank you :) would you mind deleting the picture as I have taken mine down now xx

    Sorry about that ILTS.:o
