    Double dare you!

But be careful where you buy.... you tend to get what you pay for!

Could you not purchase the council house?

OH and I was talking yesterday about life aims etc. we started off with the 'get the house finished and start to enjoy life' to 'oh hell we will have to help the kids with deposits' (if we are ever going to get rid of them)...... I think it is a lose lose situation!
    :o:o:o:o:o

It is very tempting, and we really need to consider a bungalow within 10 years or so, OH may well start having problems with the stairs in later life.

We haven't seen any of the houses DD has been looking at, but have seen the estate agent write ups and pictures, and they look just as good as the houses down here, the difference is that you get what you pay for up there, but down here you get about a half of what you pay for lol
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

I know many of you are well versed in meal deals in restaurants - with Fr4nkie & B3nnys do any of their offers work with the £9.95 two course menu?

    Thanks

In answer to my own question :A.

According to the vouchers T&Cs on the app they should only work on the main menu. However, I just got the waiter to scan the voucher QR code (he didn't think it would work) - the first one for 25% off worked :D.

    Result .

I've just had the most horrible tea. I've had a piece of beef brisket in the slow oven all day and used one of those Lakeland spice mixes that we bought to get the nectar points before Christmas. The beef fell apart as I lifted it out and the sauce looked all brown and sticky. Perfect to go with crusty bread and roasties.

But oh my goodness:eek: I've never ate anything as hot. My mouth is burning still 2 hours later after one single bite. The whole lot has gone in the bin. Totally inedible:) and an awful waste of a perfectly good joint:(

well, after spending most of the morning sorting out the hacked E-Bay account we set off to get out chooks ....what a fine trio they are !!
I went to a poultry breeder at the back of beyond and although it cost a bit in fuel they are far nicer than the three times the price birds we looked at in the local farm shop.
Just one question....do you put your girls to bed ? We have an enclosed purpose built coop and run thingy with a roof and I was going to let them go in and out at will but DD1 is worried so she locked them in......she now has the job of getting them up so I wonder what the elite chicken keepers do ??? xxx

Oh how lovely Wendy. The ladies will take themselves to bed at dusk and will be ready to come out at first light....or whenever you are up. It's best to lock them in and they will be safe from foxes:)

Or Mr AK can pee around the perimeter fence to keep the foxes at bay:rotfl:
