afternoon everyone, i hope you are all well.

after months of being in and out of the hospital i finaly have a diagnosis and am home hopefully for good until my surgery.
they said i have adenymyosis and fybromyalgia so i need an ablasion or something and then a historectomy once i am stable enough.

long story short i am here yay and for good this time, i keep bobbing in and out but am not really here for more than an hr or so and then dont come back for days,

i noiced the feasters burgers that are on 4 for £5 seem to be on the list so will be keeping an eye on those as my lot seem to go thru those like theres no tomorow.

anyway i just thought i would post to say hello.x
Glad you have had diagnosis and hope you get sorted soon, welcome back x

Get the smallest place you can on your money. Prove you 're reliable. At least you are on the ladder.

My village had a gas outage in February for 3ish days. #
Compensation is £30 per day, paid to you automatically by your supplier, NOT the gas network operator.
GB Energy (now co-op energy) said they knew nothing about it when I enquired a couple of weeks ago. I had to contact gas network operator(GSO) to see what was happening, as they pay supplier who then should pass it on.
They answered quickly and I then sent a copy of the email to Co-OP energy.
They have now asked for 5(!!) different pieces of information from me. not directly to GSO.

Sooo.... I have now told Co-op that i am charging them £20 an hour, minimum 2 hours, starting from my 1st contact, as it has been work they should have done. Also mentioned regulator and my follow-up schedule, which will cost more.

Will update when I get a resolution and hopefully fully compensated for my time and the stress it has caused.

Companies are the first to slap on charges, so I am returning the favour ;)

I use the rate of £25 per contact inclusive of call charges when dealing with financial/utility type institutions. Very rarely is the rate queried.
