Morning all - one minite its bright sunshine and the next its clouded over so I have no idea what attire is suitable for today.
its also bitterly cold outside so it will be gardening in woolies later

Hope everyone is coping well and looking forward to a good calm week with no or very little dramas ....

Check Groupon (go through tcb or qc first). £27 for the year for the same sort of policy as Autoaid.

DS and GF are renting a small 1 bed flat, sale price would be £550k. No way they can afford anything like that and they are both working full time in graduate jobs.

My kids are all self employed, earning good money but the lenders seem to run a mile.
Only one couple has been offered a mortgage and between the two of them (both employed in the same business), only £120.000 ......down here you wont even get a share in a flat for that .....they have a lot of savings/ too but not enough :(
