Please can I ask does anyone use Livingsocial?

I noticed on their website that it says they are being taken over by a new company from the 8th - does anyone know anything about this?

A few days ago I noticed an email from them which said as I had not bought a deal recently they were applying £5 credit to my account so I logged on and there it was. I found an afternoon tea with fizz for £14 which minus the £5 credit would have been a nice little treat.
Inevitably I could not get the £5 credit to be taken off

I messaged them - contacting them is very long winded, I should really have rung them. Needless to say by the time they responded the £5 credit had expired. Looking at my account I seem to have had a few of these one day £5 credits over time but I cant say I've ever noticed the emails.

The reply I got did not even answer my query so I went to do a refund instead but a day later I got a reply saying that they had given me Livingsocial credit - not the refund I asked for
So I had to message them again :(

Maybe if I used the app instead of the main computer the £5 credit would work - has anyone else had this issue?

And now with the change of companies I really don't trust them.

Mostly I've been using Groupon and I've had no problems. Quidco were offering £5 for using Groupon for new customers in early March and already that has gone into the paid column

Potential trigger on 3 for £10 Easter Egg on A? Ferrerro Raffaello 240g
    £4 each, 3 for £10.

Not sure if it would trigger or what would be a good match, but comes back on A app and MSM as item not found.

also that would give you a receipt for the Topcashback app cashback on Easter eggs :)

I love a good project, but moving out of the house and being able to go to the gym..... you are clearly a lightweight :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Nothing wrong with you sleeping in the muck, and eating food covered in dust and muck

I've done this before, used to wake up in the night tasting dust and coughing endlessly, ended up with 3 chest infections during the year. Never again, and I'm getting too old for that now :rotfl:
