Just had a twitter conversation with nectar about missing points from the so many card scans bonus and they were added immediately.

I heard from lady fostering dear Emily today and she is doing really well. I am hoping to visit them on Thursday or Friday to see set up and how Emily is getting on. She is already getting on fine with lady's other two Rommies and her cats, and has her own bed filled with toys :j

    Night Night all

So pleased Emily is doing well.

I need a little help with one of the "first world" problems I have....

Coronation Street...I clearly missed a crucial episode last week that I'm guessing is going to be pivotal in the plot over the next few weeks.

Ken has obviously been pushed down the stairs...do we as viewers know who did it ....or is this all part of the tedious plot to reveal the perpetrator in the next few weeks?
....and why is Peter so insistent to get Simon's phone back and then destroy it....?

I'm not sure when soaps became so fast moving that one or 2 episodes can prove so game changing ...but I'm starting to wonder if the land of soap is no longer for me ....I just can't keep up....

and on that note I'm also fed up of hearing the announcment at the end of the Enders asking anyone who has been affected but the events in the episode to consider the helpline.....you know what....sometimes I just want to watch something gentle on the TV.

...and with that I will get off my soapbox!

    Morning all hope everyone's well.

Thinking of everyone who is troubled xx

So my problem continues this morning iykwim so I've now got to ring work again and tell them I won't be back for another 48 hours which means I won't be back tomorrow as I had previously stated :(. Gutted that this is mucking up my perfect sickness record. Was going to apply for new jobs as loads of pressure at work due to staff leaving and no time for the training I need. This absence won't look good on applications. At least I'm getting a thorough MOT lol xx

One absence won't look bad, better that you get better than return to work too soon and need more time off.

Boiled rice and no diary, I would suggest.

I'm now convinced that Emily is a duck. So glad she is settling in well 3Dogs.

Offered to flat sit for DS2 later to wait for Sky to deliver broadband and realise that I won't have internet until they turn up!

I gave up really following soaps when Bobby came back to life in Dallas :rotfl::rotfl:

I do watch Doctors from time to time, but never worry about missing a few.

I loved Dallas until Miss Ellie went glam....and can honestly say I've never seen Doctors....

....I only really try and keep up with Corrie and Enders...but I did see an advert last night that signals Ashley's demise in the Emmerdale tonight...although I wont be watching it.

you probably already know this but I've just found a way to turn those One4all cards into a far more useful 'currency' (at least for those who shop at Waitrose a lot)

This morning I bought a £20 gift card at John Lewis with 2 of the tenner One4all cards. No problems doing it at all.

So now I have a much more useful £20 JL gift card that, as we all know, can be used in Waitrose :D

    Reesult!
