Good morning, I had a hd on Saturday night and included in it were 10 of dh Nivea sensitive shaving gels. They subbed 9 of them for fusion and gillette which i declined because he only likes nivea. I have checked my credit card bill and i have only received a refund for 3. So im down by £12! I dont want to draw unnecessary attention to my account though so what shall I do contact them or take the hit. I reordered them again for last night, before I realised the mistake, same driver who said, oh they've subbed them for the sensitive gel, I prefer gel blah blah blah so because they were nivea I said that was fine and accepted them, when I unpacked them in the house they were foam. I will swap them in store but I don't know what to do about the £12 refund I have a feeling I should just do nothing but how annoying is it when that happens.
