We are very fortunate as this tenant is fabulous so we look after her well. I always send her kids birthday cards with little gifts, and xmas cards with chocolates.
We are very lucky with a couple of our tenants New tenant put in a hall stair carpet and redecorated living room and kitchen while we put in new laminate Nothing majorly wrong with the old stuff but she did not like d!cor and colours
I reckon its good to keep them when they are like this
They get vodka at xmas but no birthday gifts0 -

OK....So I went for a little shopping trip...was intending to base a shop around A but as venus had departed I left empty handed.
Me and my gift card ended up in T where I must have discovered the only pack of meal deal cheese still on the shelf in the country....so a swift few more items were added to create a plausible shop and through the self scan I went.
then a trip to CS where" it was clearly the wine making it not work" and then a moment where DTD looked on dodgy ground because I had used self scan...cue the other CS assistant then confirming it was fine....and out I came with £17.20 refunded.
Thanks Silvercar!frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0 -
