Just had a text from DS4. It looks as though he is definitely fleeing the nest and very soon. He and DGF looked at two flats, they preferred the 2 bedroomed which is going to cost them a little more than the first place they viewed.

Their references and credit checks are all fine, he has to go see the agent to sort out a moving in date :eek:


OMG :eek: what am I going to do next? Just me and DH rattling around in a four bed house . It's going to be so quiet, all crockery, glasses and cutlery will be in their rightful places :rotfl: :rotfl:

Could someone please reply to Braveheart's question about APG claiming plesae? I'm almost at my limit this month (stupidly late to the party) but if I do another couple of orders, can I delay claiming until 1 April please?

I have reached my limit for this month and have another CC for later.
Looking at the screen on your account were you can see your last three orders it states "please note orders will only be available for comparison for 28 days from delivery date"

Not sure if this helps but thinking of cancelling my order as this 28 day rule will not reach April.

It's ages since I've done a CC LANGO, I didn't realise they had brought in a 28 day clause :eek: but won't the ago be licked to your account anyway so the 28 days won't matter and then claim in April. Or maybe I don't get this . xx

I'm trying and failing to be ruthless in sorting out some drawers and getting rid of contents :mad: I start off fine with the usual 3 imaginary piles . One to keep, one to chuck and one to charity . So far so good

Why is it after only 10 or 15 minutes I'm undecided, struggling and thinking, "I might need that". "That might be useful " :mad:

I'm not getting very far :eek: my house isn't like Snaps mum and dads but ......................

I came across a box with a cigarette dispenser inside. My father was given this by a rep from somewhere, way back in the 1960s. I don't use it, it used to be in my cabinet on display as it's a pretty thing and musical :cool:

Yes, my order on 28th didn't go "collected" until 1st and I stupidly didn't check so I will go over. I was going to hold one back for next month but I think now I have to claim and lose half at the limit as waiting would mean losing the whole apg in 28 days.

one quite nice and might be worth ebaying
one not worth ebaying but good enough for the charity shop

Had to ring up to cancel as order being picked. Vouchers back into account.

I will bite the bullet and claim my limit now I think. Items were OOS anyway so half is still a bonus. Serves me right for being late to the party and then trying to play catch up before checking the rules of the game.

I have a HD which I am now switching from tomorrow to Sunday.
