News on my A CC, I put in an order last night for collection 2-4pm. At 3.50am I got the 'order being picked' email.
I then went to the store this morning at 9am and there was no razors on the shelf.
Got a ready for collection email at 11.30, 3/10 in stock.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
Morning.
Ending today, SMA Pro Toddler Milk 1-3 years, £9.30 each or 2 for £15.00.
http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/asda/bundle/825623_2008858.html
Should compare to Waitrose and Morries offer of £7.50 each.
£18.60 v £15.00 making that about £4.95 a tub (TM)
Check the offer comes off and the unit price hasn’t dropped after update (don’t rely on the SEL).
Hi izzey, I'm not sure that this would work as according to apg T & C's infant formula is excluded from apg, although being Asda you never know. I might be wrong and as this is Toddler milk it might be different from Infant Formula. Sorry if I am causing confusion.
Categories that are excluded from the Asda Price Guarantee are:
Home, Electrical, Furnishings, Garden, Entertainment, Hardware, Sports, Toys, George, Kiosk (including Tobacco, Newspapers and Magazines), Jewellery, Pharmacy, Optical, Fuel, Photo-processing, Dry Cleaning, Infant formula0 -

Yes, as I am doing this I am thinking of you and the big life change on the horizon - its hard work as you work through it, maddening, frustrating and exhausting but eventually their is a chink of light at the end of the tunnel ...
He has started spending more time at mine ( ours actually ) and comes for t a bit more. Think he is getting used to it. I have found lots of things in DD'S room that have made me cry ( she had a bad time with her Dads drinking) but rather than upset her any thing written down I have shredded ( is that wrong of me ?).
Man coming tommorow to talk about replacing the bathroom and updating the kitchen for me as my finances will not be so strained when he is back and kitchen was done over 30 years ago and bathroom never and we have been there 35 years!!0 -

I think I've seen products like this appearing on the comps? This is toddler milk (growing up milk) rather than infant formula or follow-on milk. Otherwise, it would be illegal for supermarkets to have the promotions in the first place (and illegal for us even to post information about them on here).
I don't know why people buy "toddler milk" products tbh. According to the NHS Choices website, "There's no evidence to suggest that these products provide extra nutrition benefits for young children." http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/pregnancy-and-baby/Pages/types-of-infant-formula.aspx
Children can safely drink cow's milk from the age of one and cow's milk is probably healthier with less sugar and more calcium and, of course, cheaper: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2398575/Mums-waste-500-year-baby-milk-formula-Ordinary-cows-milk-healthier-cheaper-says-Which.html So, unless a child has an allergy to cow's milk, and can't be breastfeed, I don't see why anyone would want toddler milk. Someone on that link suggests that the description "toddler milk" and making something for one years and over is a way to get their products advertised. The reason people "want" toddler milk I suspect is because they are told to want it as it is advertised and branded to them.
As for sugar, the DM article says
A spokesman for Hipp Organic said: ‘The only form of sugar in Hipp Organic Combiotic Growing Up milk is lactose, naturally occurring milk sugar. No other sugars are added.’
This is probably taking a single line out of context, but I'd say - so, you may as well have cow's milk then, as you get lactose there too - and neither would be any good for lactose intolerance.0 -
