    Can I ask a favour?

DD is eating loads of protein at the moment. She likes the little packs of cooked chicken pieces which are so expensive. It'll be cheaper for me to buy whole chickens, cook then and spice up if necessary. I know some compare A v S I think.

If anyone sees a favourable comparison would you please let me know...thanks

Look in the freezer section, there is cooked chicken strips which are cheap... defrost, and add flavour - my kids favourite is sweet chilli. To stop my kids eating a full packet I pop in small containers - ideal for lunch snacks.

Thank you both...I'll have a look. I've found though in the past that a large whole bird can be better value as you get a better breast to body ratio.

I can't really justify it unless there's another reason for visiting Harrogate for example:o
