This is the one I tend to use, makes around 15 waffles, if that is too many they freeze well.
2 1/4 cups plain flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 cups milk
6 tablespoons melted butter or marge
Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Stir in sugar. Make a well in the centre. Combine egg yolks, milk and butter and gradually stir into flour mixture. Beat well to form a smooth batter. Whisk egg whites until soft and fold into batter.
Use approximately 1/4 cup of batter for each waffle.
I use the UK (or is it metric) cups for measurement. And you do need to do every bit as it says, unfortunately short cuts don't work on this. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Was just going to post this. Think we need to go on a spending spree rather than letting them keep our cash with these low interest rates. Still at least we have our sipps now!Yes good we got the sipps sorted....Atom bank is worth a look..
(ps...I only have a large luxury hot choc when its really cold outside
Once again I'm lagging behind again. I must set some time aside to look into this.To do is to be. Rousseau

I never get any coupons in the post from S. I saw a woman the other day using some at the checkout they looked like postal coupons not till spits.
Do you have to sign up somewhere to receive them?
I seem to get more than my fair share fuzzy but unsure why.
Perhaps it goes back to when I was a " big" shopper at S. £120 a week was not uncommon with top up shops on the school run:eek:
I'm sure they would love to get me spending that much again.
Maybe I'm on a list:rotfl:To do is to be. Rousseau

May I send you my N card please? You don't have to do anything with it, just carry it around for a few days so it soaks up the vibe... :rotfl:
