Well that was interesting at the train station this evening.

Mr TS couldn't pick up his train ticket the other day, he has always been able to use any card before even though emails have said card you paid with, but when he went other day it wouldn't accept his debit card so he asked me to do it with the credit card when I took DD to work.

Guess who forgot. :o And again when I went to pick up DD from work. :o:o So back to town for the third time today.

When I got there station is closed and only the one machine to use outside not normally a problem this late but a queue of about dozen people with cases were there.:eek: And while I was in the queue more and more people turning up in taxis more cases, about 20 people behind me now.

Turns out they have all got the ferry across from Jersey to Poole as the airport there has been covered in fog for 3 days so only way out is across the water and then train I'm guessing to airports over here.

Can see why it was taking so long the bloomin machine was playing up took me 4 goes of getting error before it accepted credit card and mine were prepaid.

It's alright bubbs, I'm chuckling about it myself. I Think I'll just omit that part when I write up the shoot. We are meant to do a risk assessment first :o:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Been AWOL for a wee bit, still suffering from these cracked ribs and had DS & family here for a few days so a lot of catching up to do.
Hope all is well in the Elitedom.

Mystery Whites are available from T'wine, needed to restock after the family visit:o
I ordered 2 cases to use my £10 off voucher, get free delivery etc...
3 hours later it dawned on me that I hadn't used my money off code:eek: although I had remembered cashback!

Had a brief call to T's customer services and they will refund me the £10:j:beer:
Will read back later on - busy being 'Widow Twanky' with 6 lots of bedding and the towels!! How do they use so many towels???

Had an unexpected money saving when we all went to Wagamamas, (I had searched for vouchers but couldn't find any:mad:) Anyway it turns out that my dearly beloved had done work for the manager who actually brought our food to the table, DH had to be prompted to speak to him, but it resulted in a 20% discount:T

Can someone point me in the direction of the £10 off code/spend on twine, please.

Corporate shenanigans. There were a few of us. We got paid for 9/10 weeks before they decided we were "redundant".
