GC wouldnt bother me , so either cash or gc is good:D

Or you could use points to pay for fuel, then you have the cash you would have used.

Thanks for the heads up TS about the disposable plates and stuff in S - I'll take a look in mine in the morning. I have a party next month to deal with :D

They only had bowls in my local but the absence of any paper plates whatsoever and empty spaces suggests at some point they may have been RTC too. Hope you find some bits. :)

Just remembered there were packs of plastic teaspoons 10p too. :money:

    Whats a spelk?:o

A spelk is a splinter or a piece of wood/metal that gets stuck in your finger.. We Geordies also call a skinny little lad a 'spelk'

Evening all, I am back - usual sort of day, thwarted at every turn - stripped the bed, put the duvet on the line to fresh up, washed the cover - put out on the line.
10 mins later haul everything back in when it starts to rain and cover every radiator with damp washing.

Started wrapping my three ebay parcels and then realised I had no cellotape :(so I try to ring OH who is not answering his phone.

OH arrives and we go to get the final Boots 02 lunch :(. He has no cellotape in his workbag. Go to Home bargains which also has no cellotape:(. Go to poundland and find clear parcel tape but its the nearest thing to cellotape so it will have to do.

OH goes back to work and I go back to wrapping parcels. Then I realise that the clear parcel tape is still in OH car

So I have to make do with the tiny bit of cellotape left and parcel tape. Then its off to the post office to stand in a very long queue

OH arrives back and we play trying to wriggle a king sized duvet into a still slightly damp duvet cover. Then we have a brew to recover and realise the mantelpiece clock has stopped so we don't get to drink it or else we will end up late.

Then its off to give blood

And finally home, OH is cooking dinner.

why are nothing much sort of days so exhausting ...
    And breathe...

I hope so too... My S isn't usually very good at having stuff like that :(

Might be of help to someone.
Do we know that it's possible to turn your Nectar Points back into Cash, well onto your Debit Card?

Found this out yesterday when I collected a Printer that was not as described and used my Nectar Points to part pay for it.
They would not take Sainsbury's Gift Card though, even now the same company.
When I returned the Printer, was refunded the total purchase price back onto my DD Card. Was told this is the only way they can process a refund, no way of putting the points back onto Nectar Card :)

Useful if you want to spend the money elsewhere!
