Thanks I will have a go, and congratulations on turing 16 x

I read it, and just got confused. Hope things work out well for you x

Makes perfect sense to me but then i don't think i've ever explained it to anyone who got it. 1 guy from the Guardian that a colleague spoke to got it 1st time though :D
  • I watched this last night...I thought it was quite good...:D

I agree, but I felt uncomfortable watching it but could not put my finger on why until near the end - it was the memory of hearing a recording of him abusing his partner.... I am going to boycott all of his films from now on.:o

    Good evening Elite :hello:

I thought I'd better pop my head around the door just to have a peep at what's going or gone on today :D

I managed to get my doc appt by ringing up just on the dot of 8am :T. Appt time 4.30pm  I thought to begin with but by 4pm I was struggling to find energy to go, but I made it :o

It seems I have to carry on with Folic Acid to make sure my Foliate levels are up, carry on with the InvitaD3 for a good while and go back in a month again.

All my blood test results are back and there are no other finds there, so I am now being checked out my sleep patterns  I dare not think :o

Off to get a warm drink and a read back xx
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

sorry locarr I have no pics as it was literally just the purple colgate whitening tooth paste I picked up and a couple of sure deo's...both compressed versions.

I do remember seeing loads of assorted tooth brushes and everyday value toothpaste for not much.

In terms of lego they seemed to have a random assortment of sets that normally retail for around £18 all reduced to £4.50...maybe the city stuff I kind of remember a fire engine set!

baby food pouches were pennies and there seemed to be nuby? bottles or something similar but again baby stuff goes over my head.

all the reductions were via yellow sticker so not on the shelf and basically in large cages at the front of the store....
I expect it was very store specific, but I also guess that if one store is doing it others will follow if they have excess stock....maybe its just a case of right place right time

In the clothing section valentines pants and socks were reduced...socks still expensive at £1 a pair and I didn't dare look at the pants,or boxers some seemed to have a light up facility or a press here button!!!!!!!

I just couldn't bring myself to rifle through the rail tweets....they all seemed to be red satin too!!!!

What the heck do you do if you just press the button and then it starts playing something like"Mr Lover man".....in the middle of T!!!

BTW...I've no idea what the button chirps out!

Found the RTC valentines pants £3 :( The press me button activates a red flashing light in a strategic area!;)

also found the RTC toiletries, tooth paste and brushes etc all still fairly high prices £1.25, £2.50 etc....will keep and eye out...it was later in Feb that I found the real bargains last year

    Thanks nonetheless LEJC! :)

    Evening peeps.

Managed to get a brolly at last today, stickered at 90p bright red with spots. Case was missing but i rarely bother to put them in/out of their cases anyway.
So they're still worth looking out for.

The same as i got the other day ..I did post it!

I was feeling tired during the day, and struggling to sleep at night. It had only been within the last two or three years and could not understand it as nothing had changed, in the meantime we had to get a new mattress but that changed nothing (except comfort levels), could not understand it, I would go at least once a week with absolutely zero sleep all night.

Anyway, in spite of the fact my routine had not changed overly, I decided to give decaffeinated tea a go. I have never looked back, and have had no sleepless nights since :D I have not felt so rested and energetic in a long time.
