Found amongst the 'stuff' a painting my Mum did of me, obviously many many years ago.. :o at least 50 years +
I have never seen it before - there is also one of my older sister

    I quite like it :D

    What a wonderful find x
That's what I used to think, but it doesn't taste different enough to stop me drinking it, and if the devil helps me sleep ...............

Very true so well worth being decaf. I drink coffee all day long with double spoons of coffee in!

I never sleep well on a Sunday night, but the rest of the week I sleep like a baby... my only problem is getting up in the morning. I try to pretend that I am one of those lucky woman who can manage in a couple of hours sleep (well I can for a few days... but it is not sustainable)

I am reading and processing... slowly.

So one company subcontracted logistics to another company, but the contract was then given to a different company that did not provide this service but facilitated it (logic is asking me how/why would this be financially beneficial), and then contracting the original logistic company/employed the staff/hired the equipment of the original logistics company.... and the facilitating company (blood squeezers) did not want to meet the employment responsibility? And spat their dummy out when they were told they were responsible.... but lost?

    Am I anything near right....

Firm A outsources to Firm B. Employees TUPE from A to B. Firm A tells firm B to sling it's hook and the employees can GTF.

The Employees, rightly, say TUPE applies and as it's the same work etc they should be TUPE'd. The tribunal agree. So do i. Whether it is insourced or goes to Firm C doesn't matter.

What is a TUPE and a GTF?

    TUPE is:
The TUPE Regulations preserve employees' terms and conditions when a business or undertaking, or part of one, is transferred to a new employer. Any provision of any agreement (whether a contract of employment or not) is void so far as it would exclude or limit the rights granted under the Regulations.

But when I googled GTF I got a number of strange and random things!

    Well there's a thing:)

I sent off for the Simply Cook thing last night and paid £1 for the 4 meal pack. I happened to look on Quidco and noticed £5.50 cashback (down to £3.50 today) and clicked through. It's tracked:T:T

Obviously it could be cancelled but you never know.

I might have to refer Oswald as I will get another 4 meal pack free:):rotfl:

You might be seeing some interesting food photos over the coming weeks:)
