Thanks Rhos, I thought this one had their name on we went to see the outside of it on sunday it was perfect in so many ways. They haven't been told what the accepted offer was but were told if they had fully stretched themselves by another £1.500 they still wouldn't have won the bids. They had kept back that as it needed little bit of work doing. It must have gone around £20,000 over the guide price. :eek:0 -

Yes, I had to register it a while back as I lost my purse and had to transfer the points.
Not a silly Q at all, I do miss blindingly obvious details sometimes0 -

Now I am confused.
Just looked at my shopimum account and Ive got Jacobs Merlot listed for £3.50 cashback :j
This is my account but its not on OHs
Has anyone else got this? I am wondering because on the FB savvy page last week a couple of people got offers that never appeared for anyone else ...
It was on DH's account Did not check mine0 -

This is why our DD and her fiance have moved to Yorkshire, they could never afford a house round here. A smaller one than ours across the cul-de-sac has just gone on the market for £325,000. We couldn't afford that let alone the kids:eek:
As for car driving youngsters, my son is an atrocious driver, and I will always remember the time he called me to say he had had a prang, my heart fell out through my heels:eek: it's funny though, DD has never had an accident (touch wood) and is a very good driver.
DD loves living where they are, I think if this year they are not lucky they will wait until Teeny is in school and then move to the outskirts where prices are slightly less. Just a shame £900 every month is going to a landlord.0 -
Hope I'm ok posting this, if not somebody shout and I'll remove
Been lurking for a while again... If any of you young ladies born in the 50s and interested what's going on re pensions, there are a few groups on FB eg 50s WAGS. 63 is the new 60, waspi voice. I know there is a march in London on 21/2 but if you can't get there the are asking peeps to write to their MP0
