Low impact cardio is good for the joints, as your not putting much strain on them. It's less stressful on the body, if you have a stressful job then you don't really want to be stressing the body anymore. All it will do is send cortisol through the roof and just that alone can prevent weight loss. Injury prevention as your going to recover quicker from low impact exercise.
Maybe I could give that a try. Thanks Westie xx
Had to hit snooze on alarm clock 5 times:o

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

I reckon you could easily charge £3 for them, personally if I saw them for that price I would not buy, but considering that the little bottles are £1.25 each 3 for 2 in Wilkos that would be a good price for muggles to think they had a bargain. You could always put the price down later.
It's not showing on mine now, and it did seem to be valentine themed.
We could try £3 to start off then, thanks Enterprise xxThere's no place like home

Morning all hope the elite are well.
Cold windy day here. But I have a day of work. Been in for last 7 so a nice break. Oh has already lit me a fire so I am going to sit in front of it a watch films . , and try and get rid of this everlasting cough.0 -
Got another 2 hairspray yesterday as I had to go to a library in a different area for a book I wanted and there was a new (to me) Shoes next door and it was the last day, after all...
DD's had 5 matching shampoo/cond sets and insisted on giving me a fiver for them so my total cash outlay now is £1 for 6 sprays, 2 shampoos and loads of points. :money:“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -

If anyone got these they could look delighted and tell their OH they were going up to bed ahead of him and not to put the light on when he got into bed as there'd be a special surprise for him.
Then they could arrange the mop and bucket strategically in the bed, retreat to the spare room quietly and lock the door!I'd be arranging them above the door. :rotfl:Think I might put the bucket on his head, and the mop where the sun don't shine :rotfl::rotfl:"He that lieth down with dogs shall rise up with fleas" Benjamin Franklin
