    Morning :)

Need some positive vibes for DD1 and her BF. They have finally found suitable flat they can afford to put decent offer on. It was marketed as offers over so they were told they had offered well with their first offer. But with it being one of those best and final offers today who knows what the other 2 parties will do so they have upped another £5000

I have absolutely everything crossed for them. :A

Hi izzey, it looks like coca cola is 2 for £2.50 at T's from today. Do you think apg will pick this up or is it too early? Thanks

Hopefully it should do Nellie, not sure how Asda collect Tesco prices, obviously not same as they do the Morries ones

Maybe worth trying until after lunch and hope it will pick one of them up :)

    From their website
"The prices you see are collected by independent external agencies, and used as follows:
14.1. Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose and ASDA prices are updated by 12pm every day using web scans of their grocery home shopping sites. If you perform a check prior to 12pm, prices may not have been updated on the Asda Price Guarantee yet. In exceptional circumstances, our prices and the prices of some or all of our Competitors may be updated after 12pm. In this scenario, prices reflected on your comparison will be the prices of the previous day."

4 wheel barrow loads to skip :T
It is a bit of a trek, path zigzags it's way up the hill, then along main road with no pavement & no patience drivers :p
But the skip is barely ¼ full :(
I've run out of steam at the moment. But should really do another run of all the mats Fourp hid in the shed when they got dirty :o

Ts very kindly sent staff & refreshments :)

Good luck to them TS, hope they get it. Sending positive thoughts to your DD1 & BF :) It's so hard starting out on the property ladder these days isn't it. My DD1 is saving to buy a property. She has saved enough for a deposit but there is a huge gap between the mortgage she can get plus her 10% deposit and the prices of suitable properties  Think she will be living at home for a while yet.

    Also on COS Ive got
Get more vitamin d drinks from sainsbobs 2 flavours, 4 claims each

These have £1 back each which it says is half price but on mysupermarket these seem to be £1.20 each so final cost 20p each which is a good enough price for 500ml.

Not been to sainsbobs yet so I cant confirm this.

A good one though if you have excess nectar points or you are very close to the £20 mark to draw down on COS or have conditional spends to use up or even all three

Well done to Master Dol :T.

Thank you Sarah, my stomach is churning can't imagine how DD is feeling this one ticks so many boxes and they let a shared ownership house slip through their fingers in favour of it last week. They were first in line meeting criteria but it was not the school catchment they wanted and to catch bus into town a 50 mile road to cross. The flat is so well placed I can see why good interest.

How is Mr Dol today sounds like he has really been through the wars this time. :(

and then you have to also factor in solicitors fees and stamp duty as well - those are the real killers
