    Morning.

These multibuys are ending today. So IF still going through on multibuy (check offer comes off) and IF the unit price doesn’t drop after update (don’t rely on the SEL), may glitch.

Offers ending don’t appear like they used to :( Not sure what time updates are but for anyone trying, I wouldn’t try too early (say 7.30).

Coca cola £1.66 each or 2 for £2.00
    https://groceries.asda.com/search/coca%20cola

    Unfortunately a Morries comparison/offer  2 for £2.50.

    http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/asda/bundle/661175_1629477.html

Flavours that should compare to Morries, in case link disappears after update.

Coca Cola, Diet Coke, Coca Cola Cherry, Coca Cola Cherry Zero, Coca Cola Caffeine Free and Diet Coke Cherry.

Old El Paso Meal Kits – the ones on this link marked 2 for £5.00
    https://groceries.asda.com/search/Old%20El%20Paso

Some on offer in Tesco and Sainsbobs at £2 each, some Morries at 2 for £4.00

    http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/asda/bundle/661186_2036290.html

Here’s what was in the offer in case the link disappears.
Old El Paso Burrito Dinner Kit £3.18
Old El Paso Crispy Chicken Fajita Kit £2.99
    Original Smoky BBQ Kit £2.99
Roasted Tomato and Pepper Fajita Kit £2.99
Fiery Fajita Kit – Jalapeno & Tomato £2.99
Old El Paso Extra Mild Fajitas £2.99
Old El Paso Chilli & Garlic Rice Kit £3.18

Baxters Beetroot, Halva Bars, Indo Mie Noodles, KTC Lemon Juice & KTC Vermicelli all ending but Asda already cheapest or no comparisons.

Thanks for this izzeyb.......another sleepless night?

Low impact, steady state cardio is good. Getting out of breathe doesn't always = good workout

Low impact cardio is good for the joints, as your not putting much strain on them. It's less stressful on the body, if you have a stressful job then you don't really want to be stressing the body anymore. All it will do is send cortisol through the roof and just that alone can prevent weight loss. Injury prevention as your going to recover quicker from low impact exercise.

    :)

Thanks for this Westie.......always good to see things from a different perspective:)

    Morning paw sniffers:D

There must be a shed load of flowers going cheap today in T. I called in after work yesterday and the central area looked untouched.

    I'm out the door:)

HG glad you got your sipp sorted.....I agree you do need to read and read again. Have you done your state pension forecast?...if you are not going to get the full pension, the class 2 voluntary nics, might be relevant to you.
Yes, I've been keeping my eye on that for a couple of years. I have almost enough years so did the voluntary payment for last year and will do so again this year - it's a real bargain at £145ish from memory if you're self employed. This getting old lark is hard work at times, isn't it :o

Oh thats brilliant....the voluntary nics are such a bargain...just a shame they are being abolished. I do think we are lucky that we have access to forums such as mse, as you are able to find out so much information....which I certainly would not have known about otherwise.
