Not surprised as mum said Martin had been on one of the breakfast shows this week advertising it.

I also had an email from them saying that I hadn't used my debit card yet!

    Afternoon all.

I don't think i've ever seen an offer on any of our klipem accounts

I can see it too but didn't get round to claiming last time - I seem to recall not everyone always sees the same offers. Small print says one offer per household ... I wonder how that is defined on their system?

T bank also did a full page advert in our local paper saying the 3% was guaranteed until 1st April 2019.

I hav e always wondered, when something is on special, say buy one, get one free, is the price per 100g the offer price, or the price for if you only bought one?

    (
it would be one. but in this case. work it out :D half it :p
but msm often shows both. single and multi

Looks like it's a trip to Morries today. I was thinking the last time I set foot inside one was the great £5 voucher for fruit and veg, but remembered that I got a load of tinned salmon last year when it was cheap.

I'm going for the coffee bags and golden syrup. But will probably buy the Hovis there too. I would normally pay 10p a loaf for this but it isn't guaranteed. I have space in the freezer too so will freeze one:)

If anyone knows of anything in M I could be buying please let me know:T

Can get Always pants there for £6.49 with the £6.50 voucher from victoria :D

When working in a very senior managerial role, albeit fleetingly, I remember getting very angry about a worker (younger than me) who would call me 'pet':eek:Such 'terms of endearment(?) don't usually bother me. but I sussed she was trying to get one over on me.. Never mind, I thought, we are off on our hiolibobs, in airport lounge isn't she there and booked on same flight and same resort as us!!:eek:
So I am doing the talking out of the corner of my mouth thing to dearly beloved, the grumpy old hard of hearing person, whilst hiding behind a pillar, he keeps saying, loudly, WHY are you hiding there!!
It got me so riled by, both her and him, that after the hollibobs her work was extra scrutinised and DH was sent for a hearing test!! I know we use such words to be friendly, however, sweetie, there is a time and a place!

    Alright pet!

    Just updated my sig

Doing very well for NSDs - 7 out of the 10 days so far :j

eBay started OK, but I need to get more items on next week :D

Frugal groceries - big jump today with a £35.69 spend in Farmfoods but stocked up with lots of frozen veg, vegan sausages and drinks. But guess who forgot to take a £2.50 off £25 moc with her. Never gave it a thought :o
What kind of things do you sell 3Dogs? I've got very disenchanted with eBay as nine times out of ten, when I do put anything on it doesn't sell.
  • It's snowing here. Just looked at the weather in Rome, 16 degrees C and partly cloudy.
