strange, I have not had a cancellation from debs for the bedding, so have just tracked the 2 orders I made. One is cancelled, the other, 3 of the items are cancelled, but the fourth says 'Order submitted to supplier'. I can live in hope (Although I would have preferred the bed sheets to the pillow cases, but beggars cant be choosers )

Looks like their systems can't cope with the demand - once they get through the backlog they should hopefully be back accepting new applications. It is not surprising really given how shockingly low interest rates are in most places.

They did well to hang back rather than unreasonably slash rates by even more than the 0.25% cut in base rates in August, unlike their competitors. I understand competitors were building in expected further cuts in rates, but they now seem a little premature and not treating customers fairly. BoS also held their nerve and currently kept their rate higher.
