    SHOPPRIZE

    What has happened ?

I have just reached 10000 coins but no amazon voucher only trade in for sweepstake tickets
I also checked DH app and his is the same, I looked on facts ,these were updated 15th Jan, possibly the same time as the daily amount for logging in went down.
Is this the same for all?:(

I hope not . I traded one for the Amazon voucher yesterday. Why don't you email them . They do reply .

Those who are hoping to use the £6.50 coupon in Sainsbury s remember they are £7.50 there  so you ll have to put a £1 to it. I won't be doing that.

Well this morning ive had the doom and gloom and feel I need to get out from under the cloud,
    Coffee time soon (no biscuits)

we had a lovely weekend in London seeing the grandchildren it seemed ages since we saw them and they change so quickly in 5 weeks..
we stayed at the Travelodge near the tower of London which was ideal for visiting the family and also going into the city.
Friday night we arrived at our sons only there 1/2 hour he comes home from work and they go off to the cinema, so lovely babysitting and doing the bedtime routine..they can only go out when we go down as there is no one to babysit.
Saturday we had a leisurely trip to the royal albert hall, stopping at a local S on the way and buying the nuts 20p from the strip thingy for our snack.
Cirque De Soleil was amazing we went about 7 years ago so this wasn't our first experience of the amazing feats performed, but the precision, strength, and stamina were beyond belief...highly recommended if you like trapeze and acrobatic skills.
I couldn't help but think of the stories that Emerald told last week of her husband :)
Sunday lunch with the family at a local pub, then the drive home, stopping in at T, S and A also food warehouse for lots of free foods which I was in able to get locally.:) Popped into Ikea at Edmonton but according to the website that is one of the branches not participating in the swipe surprise even though the receipt has a bar code...oh well never mind
So a good weekend was had by all, my car is nearly out of diesel
so a few fill ups at S is in order for this weekend.

Picasso I am going back into work today and hoping I am properly better . Have felt better but to be honest I have hardly eaten or drank anything since dinner/lunchtime Sunday.

I left most of my tea last night couldn't face it.

I also haven't stepped foot through the front door since I got back from mums Sunday.

Oh Tweets, I hope you can take it a little gently today. Try drinking hot water. Odd, I know, but when I am ill I find it peculiarly soothing and you really do need to have a lot of liquids. And try the porridge and bananas, no milk. It will give you some energy. Let us know how you get on please?

LEJC- its a dismal time of year, and if its wet and cold as it is here you will feel lower than usual,
Make a drink put on some cheerful music, I know its early in the day but put on a film that makes you laugh/smile
Picture this you sitting curled up in a chair with a nice hot chocolate watching a sickly sweet film with a smile on your face and thinking of all those poor boogers going out in the rain and wind getting soaked because their brollies turned inside out....:) :)
(bet they didn't get them from SD..ha ha )

Thank you Hillbern...you are so right and I guess I'm just feeling a little sorry for myself today, thankful for what I have, but just a little sad to.

I've spoken to DS and he's been having a few issues with housemates not pulling their weight but bless him he's sticking to his guns even if that makes him Mr unpopular too....
He's also had the last 2 weeks off but stayed in uni residence which has also proved a change of routine for him and slightly unsettled him ....but he seems much more happy today to be back into the swing of lectures this week...sometimes if I know he's not right it seems to affect me...but this morning we have had a good chin wag and put the world to rights!!!!

on a positive for the first time this year I have heard birdsong in the garden this morning,so spring may be not too far off.
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

Thanks Hampy. Have added broccoli and Napolina to my coupons. No lemons for me but Bertolli is on offer for £1 so I have added that too. (Just noticed TM has said this too... :))

Are the chopped toms in Alda the Napolina ones please? MySM thinks not...?
