What has happened ?

I have just reached 10000 coins but no amazon voucher only trade in for sweepstake tickets :mad:
I also checked DH app and his is the same, I looked on facts ,these were updated 15th Jan, possibly the same time as the daily amount for logging in went down.
Is this the same for all?:(

Well done you what an incredible achievement you must be so proud of yourself
but.....
please don't do what I have done
about 10 years ago I lost 7 stone, by myself no gym, no slimming class, just determination, slowly it went back on, but I lost 2 stone ready for my daughters wedding 6 years ago and was pleased, but since then I have put all the 7 stone back on.
I have had spells of trying but never get anywhere, as you get older it is harder and the will power isn't there as it should be,
Its a dull wet horrible day today but today I must try to get rid of those pounds..i have a nieces wedding in July, and grandsons christening may/june so I should have the incentive. I am a positive person and am one for telling others to be positive but its hard, I must take my own advice as I know I will feel better if I do

Thank you for everyone's tips and ideas regarding s/w and kettle, now dh has just gone on his banking and found the purchase on there with coresponding date so have sent this to MR and will see what they say:cool:

Can I ask how you lost the weight?

And over what timescale for the 7 stone?

LEJC- its a dismal time of year, and if its wet and cold as it is here you will feel lower than usual,
Make a drink put on some cheerful music, I know its early in the day but put on a film that makes you laugh/smile
Picture this you sitting curled up in a chair with a nice hot chocolate watching a sickly sweet film with a smile on your face and thinking of all those poor boogers going out in the rain and wind getting soaked because their brollies turned inside out....:)
(bet they didn't get them from SD..ha ha )

Just checked mine and it looks the same :mad:
But looking on the FB page no one has commented about this so is it an even newer update since the last one ...

Basically I had a rosemary conolly book one of her first with a 28 day plan, a low fat diet, but it also had exercises literally just a few a day by the end of the month you should have lost inches if not pounds...
I never did get passed about day 14, and I just ate very healthy, but I also done the exercises from the video that accompanied the book.
The video I think was my life line, it was only about 20mins a day, but after a year 1 was doing at least 3 hours in different sessions a day, walking wherever and cycling .....
Its a habit I need to adopt again..
I think I started in September and about 16/17 months later in the Feb we had some shocking news and everything went to pot then...

Have you checked in your menu box, top left. Click then you see cash out there?
