Thank you for all your kind words and support. I was diagnosed a few months ago, but unfortunately my cancer had already spread to my lymph nodes and metastasised to my bones. So too late for surgery or to "cure"
    Thank you all again

Sorry to hear this, there is always someone on here, to listen, as and when you need a shoulder. Take care.

    Thank you Enterprise 1701C
I'm having it intravenously at hospital starting Thursday.
Today is the prep talk :(

I was in two (or maybe three) minds about posting it, I edited my post to delete the chemotherapy bit, but you were too fast :)
That's why it all now reads a little weird lol

Hope it goes as well as possible (((hugs)))

I am considering joining another thread.....
The one about not buying unnecessary toiletries and I assume using up what you have....

or I could try and persuade a few on here to just join me in declaring what we get in and what we use up....

I'm not good at joining in with those I don't know ...but again I guess everyone has to be the newbie sometime, but they do seem to have serious stashes of beauty bits over there....sadly as do I!!!!

I have been keeping a little log of what has left this month and what I have gained and so far its 10 out and 5 new things in...although this figure of 10 does include a couple of things that were one squirt and they were gone...the 5 in however are full sized products to test.

I am far too embarrassed to actually list all the products I am in possession of ...it literally runs into the hundreds and they need either using up or possibly even ditching because of age.

I have on the positive side not actually bought any toiletries of any sort this month.

A question for the COS experts.

How likely are COS to extend the cashback for Iams Naturally Land & Sea Collection Cat Food which is due to finish today 31/01 - a nice juicy £2.50 back

It reappeared on my COS list but this week the packs were a gob snacking £5.50  I love my cats but not that much :D
Tomorrow needless to say they are back to £4 in Sainsbobs from Wednesday which would make them a very nice £1.50 after COS cashback and cheaper than Aldi.

My three are eating Whiskas which was £8.50 for 48 sachets from farmFoods for a giant box but not really enjoying it, Whiskas fish soup (GreenJim) which looks revolting, Felix which they don't really like and Aldi cans but their fav at the mo is this catfood which what we call
    land, sea and air :rotfl:

Unfortunately there are no guarantees on whether a deal gets extended or not = this one disappeared for a few weeks then returned again this week. If you are interested in a deal, you either use it within the deadlines stated or risk it going (I am more circumspect these days - if I cannot get to the right supermarket in time, I now don't worry so much as it wasn't meant to be :A).

as it should....although please don't confess to drinking twine from the disposable plastic cups in the room....the ones they leave next to the coffee machine.

I now have a very impressive collection of the champagne flutes that are year dated for christmas /new years celebrations that they sell in all the supermarkets and the ABC stores....I think we get a set each time we go as they are really cheap and durable....just had a look and we still have one glass that dates back to the 90's

Hope you are both still having a lovely time x
