Thank you. I'm just being selfish and using up everyone else's share of operations and keeping them for myself! Must love general anaesthetic, think I worked out this will be op number 19!

Not read back yet but spotted this  LS op number 19 , hope this isn't a major one for you sweetheart. ((Hugs)) to you and hope it all goes trouble free X

Just had a strange thing happened. I managed to find the charger for my Karcher window vac over the weekend so cleaned all my downstairs windows. So as I m going to DD's every day to help with the baby and doing jobs around the house i took it with me this morning. However I forgot to take it in and decided about an hour ago to get it from the car. No sign of it. Spend an hour looking for it and then remembered I put it on the car roof when I was getting in the car. So got in the car and drove up towards her house as I figured it may have fallen off. Got about 1/2 mile away and there on the ground by the traffic lights was the Karcher in 4 pieces. I was going to stop and collect it but as I was in my night dress and dressing gown I drove home and got dressed, went back and picked up the pieces. Got home fitted it back together and it works. Phoned my dd and she said Mum you are mad!! I know I am !

I would have had no problems with getting out at the traffic lights in my dressing gown :)

    Morning all!

I may have started my Christmas shopping on Amazon prime deals day this morning :D

I'm now crossing my fingers that my mum buys herself a new handbag in the meantime so I can justify keeping the lovely tan Fiorelli that fell into my basket

I know I'm preaching to the converted but Amazon's marketing team are very good at their jobs, so don't forget to read reviews, always check prices elsewhere and don't buy something just because it's cheap! Camelcamelcamel is good for checking prices, assuming Amazon haven't done their usual trick of creating new pages for each product that is 'on offer'...

Lots to do today so I'm crossing all fingers and toes that it dries up a bit so I can get some more jobs ticked off my increasingly large to-do list!

    Good morning all...

The site and my computer seem to be playing up today...I have no thanks button and pages keep freezing....so I guess you might not get much from me today...but perhaps that's a blessing in disguise!

As a follow-up to my previous Amazon-themed post, I've just checked my emails after seeing a deal on HUKD and it looks like one of the toys I bought had £6 discounted off the Lightning deal price. I assumed it was just telling me the deal was £6 off the original price, so I only paid £6.35 for something that was listed at over £18 :j

Definitely worth keeping an eye out for similar deals! :T
