I'm always happy to take the blame for any twine purchases
At least you didn't get any piesporter...I have that in the fridge at the moment and it's my incentive to stay dry for every other day January....
If I crack on a non drinking day that's the one that goes first!!
If I make it to the end of Jan the piesporter goes down the kitchen sink and I'll enjoy the other offerings of my boxes......0 -
Edinburgh haymarket to edinburgh waverley (or vice versa), child, single ticket
It has to be a virgin train (which most of them are not) so be careful you are buying a qualifying ticket
I got East Coast or West Coast on mine.

Some of you may remember towards the end of last year I was fortunate enough to attend an event featuring James Bowen and Street Cat Bob. The things James spoke about have stayed with me since then and I've decided I want to do more to help. In a moment's madness I've signed up to do the Big Issue Big London Night Walk on March 3rd.
If you've read the books or seen then the film, you'll know what an inspirational story James and Bob's is and if you were moved by them at all it would be fantastic if you could spare a little towards our fundraising efforts.
I've put a link to our JustGiving page on the charities board, which you can find here:

Wish me luck. It'll be cold but it'll be fun! :beer:0 -

I can switch it on and off depending what/where I'm posting. I want to try not using it when I'm not BG'ing but I keep forgetting!

In T's......
Was listening to a podcast earlier today, the bit that stuck with me was when you compare yourself now to the person you were 5 years ago. Just think about it for a second........
Initially, I went eh..... to :eek:
In those 5 years, big changes in my health, different outlook to certain things, going from not saying boo to a goose, from almost total isolation and plummeting self confidence to bluffing my way through uni and mixing with people  I could go on.....Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
