Morning everyone.

Rainy and miserable in london/Essex border.

It's not that expensive over here. You only need 10k for a5 percent deposit.

My 1 bed had more than doubled since I moved in 4 years ago. Area is a bit rough but to have a mortgage at just 330 a month is fab. It's around 750 minimum now to rent.

Hopefully in a few years we can move somewhere bigger..😀

Raining here in Mid Suffolk and milder out there too. Not decided what to do today, probably just stay in and keep warm. Full table for lunch today . That's what I like, the boys and their girlfriends joining us, real family time.
