    MKS..sorry to hear the tough times you are having but pleased you've had 2 lovely supportive ladies behind you:T

    And 3dogs, what a nasty fall:o Take it easy:A

    Wondering if Sue has got all her chickens yet:rotfl: I can't think of anything to add to the brilliant suggestions so far. Do you had any 10p loaves of bread you can throw out?:rotfl: You are so right about taking stufff out and not being able to fit it back in. I think it sort of moulds to the space available.

    Got home at 7 pm, rushed to the loo for a wee (TMI?) then closed front blinds and put lights on. Turned round too quickly and my left foot skidded under me, so I ended up crashing onto the floor on both my knees - crash - ouch :o Tried AJ's tip of getting up backwards onto stool and then sofa but couldn't push myself up more than a few inches as arms so weak. Edged myself across floor towards window and got myself onto fluffy dog bed where I had no choice but to kneel (double ouch) and haul myself up using armchair. Cue two badly bruised and very sore knees and a very sore edge of foot that slid. Oh well, the bruise from my last fall was just about gone from my right knee so it is now replaced with a worse on, and I now have matching bruise on left knee :(

    When I got home, I was so relaxed after spending time with my Big Sis and seeing my niece and her two girls who are growing up now, and I felt so happy. I guess I just forgot to watch what I am doing and take my time. So back down to earth, and reality, with a bump

    I took painkillers after it happened but only now just considering going to bed as pain is easing - hope I can get some sleep

    Night Night all, with special hugs to those that need them :grouphug:

    Sounds really painful. Have you tried arnica for the bruising? You can get a cream to apply to the bruised area but you can also get arnica tablets to help the healing process. Hope you feel easier soon.

    I'm pimping up my Christmas cards I bought yesterday in Waites.

    They are really good quality 88p for 10 and 3 for 2:T

    I've got loads of little craft jewels that I'm going to glue in the corner of the Three Wise Men cards and I'm going to glitter up the holly and wreath ones:)

    Sad I know:rotfl::rotfl:

    Soup is on the cards again. I have fresh basil so it has to be minestrone:T and a lemon cake too....best get my skates on:)

    I think I might do some baking, now operation Christmas is over I seem to have lots of free time and energy and as I'm not rushing with work I don't know what to do with myself :)
