This isn't always the case as my job changed to 24 hours and we already had contracts that said they could change working hours.
My dd2 used to work for T and they went 24 hour too and she was expected to change to suit - needless to say she got herself a much better job with a lot more prospects and pay and at least it gave her the kick to do it x
