I have a new gold card, and have a few points.
I need to get a book for DS2 which I have been putting off as it is over £50..... but I do want to keep my avios!.... confusing!:p:p:p
Well just spend 1p worth of points, and pay the rest in cash.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Thanks Anon, expensive book purchased with £6.77 of points and £25 discount.... fabulous x100

Flip.... did not think of that.
I will have to figure out what the heck these points are, and whether they are linked to the Avios. But for now I am off to bed... if DS2 will get out of the shower.. need to be on my way for 5 in morning.... I am my own worst enemy!100 -
I really wished DS2 would get out of the Flipping bathroom....... I think I am going to turn the water off!100

Well, I'm in A&E 😩
Today was not a good day. I decided to go horse riding, something I haven't done in many years. It turned out to be a big mistake!
I got on the horse and started out slowly, but then we went a little faster; before I knew it, we were going as fast as the horse could go. I couldn't take the pace and fell off, but caught my foot in the stirrup with the horse dragging me. It wouldn't stop.
Thank goodness the manager at Toys-R-Us came out and unplugged the machine. But he had the nerve to take the rest of my change so I wouldn't attempt to ride the Elephant.
How many of you actually read all that I wrote? I certainly did when I first saw it:o Been round before but it caught me again!
