Just before I really go:doh:, I landed upon an M yesterday that had quite a few incorrect prices displayed:(. They were obviously incorrect (that is to someone like me) though, so it was no major problem. One of the items had unfortunately lost its SEL in my main store however:(. I wasn't going to scan anything yesterday - but reached this other store, with the incorrect huge card label, and started to have things scanned:rotfl:. The item was out right at the front of the store (it wasn't in my other stores) and the big card said £10. Of course it scanned at £5. So no price change - but I had to check since the SEL had gone from the only other store in which I had the item - the price could have increased and I would otherwise have ended up with just a store showing me £10.

The list can be very useful, as if your store is just this one that has the £10 offer card, you would never know the product was £5 - and it's not on m.com or msm. The list can therefore be used to identify items that are not showing the offer prices in your M that you would otherwise be unaware of. I hope they scan at the price I have. Nonetheless, whilst I hope I have the vast majority of prices correct, it's possible that some of the prices could be wrong if none of my stores are showing me correct prices or otherwise me being aware previously from some other way. Has anyone ever tried to buy an item on the list but found that my price was wrong (rhetorical)? Of course prices change every day so I'm not talking about 'buy in M' ones where the price has changed in M since the date of my visit but items where I had the wrong price all along - if anyone does see anything on the list, showing a lower price, but scans at full price, do let me know so that I can take the item off. TIA.

I had an item yesterday - said £1.50 in two different stores but I am never sure... it was the frozen Pork Sausagemeat - this was on £1 RTC for a long time throughout this year but, it seems, obviously it is coming back, or has come back, into more stores and the opportunity seems to have been taken (according to the very clear price displays I have in two different stores) to put the item's price up! However, at least I can take an item out of the lost list - I had thought about this item last week in fact as I had not seen it for some time. But, if I am now to trust the brand new displays in two Ms with the £1.50 pricing very clear, then I believe the item's price has now increased back up.

Alright - really off: goodbye for now:wave:.

Especially as I am not keeping up very well at all! Going to bed now and will get up early to write lists and sort the chaos of receipts on my desk. Hope I won't need to join Anon in handing back my Elite badge...

    Goodnight all.

Thought I'd sort airport parking before I went to bed and am not sure now. Need to park at Manchester airport as the trains are being disrupted. (I'm away for Christmas.) My normal place is £43.68 (and I'll go via Quidco) but there is a new place for just £20. Does anyone know anything about this please? I'm anxious as I can't find any reviews. I'd really appreciate some Elite advice as I've gone all wobbly about this! Thanks in advance.

I am home (just watched Last Tango In Halifax :) )

Fabulous day in Cheshire Oaks (for me :o) Bought some gorgeous cerise pink UGGs with bows on the back for £80 - less than blue UGGs from The Outlet, so I can now return those :)

Then I found the perfect Barbour coat for Fourp - it's Harris Tweed & divine.
Then I went into Clogau & spotted the necklace that matches my wedding ring

    for £210 :j:jit's all solid gold :D

for reference this is my wedding ring
