I do apologise....I should have stated you need the flash, it just didnt occur to me, as I do so many of these try me free/money back guarantees, its automatic. I bought 2 of these, and as hampy kindly pointed out there are 2 flashes on each box, which I didnt realise, so will pop them in my recycling bin.

It's not your fault juju, thanks for posting about it I wouldn't have known otherwise.
I am going to buy another one and put my parents address on, so will look for the flashes.

Morning all - its very dark this morning :(

not having the best of starts today so I separated the list into 2 types -
A problems I cant solve no matter what, I have no influence over
B things I can be getting on with that will make a difference.

If I get through the B list the A list will hopefully go away or resolve itself ....

Time to crack on, I want to do a Miranda and say "such fun" but its a bit early for that ....

I'm confused now as they're still showing on website as half price BUT I can't see them on My Picks

They are different ones to yesterday's! Yesterday it was chipolatas wrapped in bacon which were also on PYO. HTH.

Still half price is good especially when I have a conditional spend to use :)

My offers have changed to include a £1 off whole chicken wonder if would combine with a dine in bet not one this weekend.

Mine are just 20% off various edible stuff. Will give this a miss I think. Need to sort the freezer and go small shopping.

You may want to call the pub/restaurant and check that they accept the AA discount. We have been caught out twice - it is at the individual premises' "management discretion" as to whether they take it or not. OH was told on Thurs that the pub he was in wasn't allowing it for the whole of December. Another wouldn't let us use it in Sep for a Sunday Lunch. No terms on the AA website but it is up to the individual manager!

The terms do say every except the ones on the list although they sometimes want to see your AA card too.
I use this at least once a week and its a great saving but sometimes you have to be firm with them.hth xxx
There are December exclusions which are different for each brand .

    Thanks for the warning.

We're going anyway so no point phoning in advance. I might not even manage to get my hands on a discount QR code anyway

If I can get one I'll ask at the end of the meal if I can use it.

The worst they can do is say "no" and then we'll pay what we woud have paid anyway

Whilst researching how to save money at dinner tonight I stumbled upon a site that detailed various perks you can get at companies if you are a shareholder (sometimes for a minimum of 1 share holding at low cost sometimes for a ridiculous number of shares)

Some people on here probably know about it but it's never been properly flagged/discussed as far as I know so here it is anyway:
