thanks for this. I did my free COS/Q soup separately - I always worry that new products are going to mess up the BG

It was mostly the little dishes. :(

Thanks Bubbs. I don't think so either and you are not too late as the recyling goes tomorrow morning and I shall be glad to be rid of my pile of mags!

The sparkling water is a useful filler and though I kept my two this time, I htink the next lot will go in the food bank.

Good idea. I've kept all of my OS so far but when I run out of space under the stairs the excess will go to the food bank

I am wondering also if it would be good in smoothies - I thin k I need to do some experimenting. All my smoothies are a lurid pink :D

Ever since the 5p carrier bag charge.I've been finding a lot of old ones.People tend to empty their bags out before they go shopping.

Except if they are me, in which case they take a Jacob's Club Bar and a small Haribo chew with them when they go to A. I found them in the bottom of my bag just before I stepped out onto the car-park:rotfl:. I don't empty my receipts out - instead, I take them with a voucher pertaining to them to A. Most people will empty them out of their bags though as most receipts aren't checked and they think they are of no use. The Jacob's Club came from an offer at S, bought as part of an exact £2.50 Nectar spend, and the Haribo chew was probably from an RTC pack from M bought several months ago.
