Sunday for Christmas Special  we have a dinner & a glass of something included in ticket
We have 2 hours free between sessions so we get to explore a bit of Wrexham.
It would be a bit silly to meet with you & Nellie for a quick mwah & a drink as it would too hasty & I rather a longer chinwag instead one day soon ish... ♥

What's everyone else putting in christmas stockings/bags/boxes for their older kids if do them?
I'm all too aware that we are not a conventional family when it comes to christmas(having never personally cooked a christmas lunch....and spent more in the sun than in the cold)...although this year we are home.
Our presents are usually exchanged a few days before christmas as the day itself has more often or not started at Gatwick and by travelling against the time zones we can sometimes make christmas day last 28 hours from start to finish.
We dont really do main presents either...just the bags of stuff which over the years have really evolved into what can only be described as a mixture of tradition/freebies and tat!!!
I do similar stockings to this for my grown up babies but without anything expensive like gift cards.
I also do a "main" pressie for under the tree that contains the more expensive item (s).
Now they are all married etc I do a joint stocking per couple with some girly/boy only bits and a few house bits.....its all part of the fun, seeing what Santa left :T:T One of my favourite things to include is sexy xmas knickers....the stockings are opened in private, either xmas morning in bed or boxing day - I even creep next door when they have gone to bed on xmas eve for DD1 & hubbs lol xx0 -
This afternoons Mr T shop :j
I had a Mr T direct order to collect and 2 big bags for the food bank plus a bit of shopping needed so all jobs completed.
All MOCs scanned nicely except one :T - the OS ones didn't work last week, had to take them to CS but this week they were fine. It was the cheese one I had to take to CS today but sometimes they don't work if you try to use them in the same week as they arrive.
The OS cranberries I discovered this morning I was lacking so this was a late addition to the shopping list.
(these make a nice nibble bowl with walnuts, brazils, peacans and chocolate pennies
These dried cranberries and the coffee, milk, water, OS juice, crisps, tomatoes and cheese came home, the rest - u&g, soup, tea and baby food went into the food bank as usual
OH has been drinking the OS and liking it so its saving me £1 a time as I am not buying his Pepsi max.
Also found a double points till spit in the car park
The last lot of conditional spends sent in a mailing from Mr T were for £30 shops which was too much of a challenge, I can barely do £20 shops, so I gave these and my sainsbobs conditional spends and till spits to my local couponing friend - far better than getting them wasted by not using them

I'm about to dash out to T to do a shop and am just cutting out the mocs from the Dec mag. Are there any in the body of the mag which I have missed please? (I missed the soup ones last time until after the recycling had gone!) Thank you in advance.
Apologies for bumping up my own question, but can anyone help please? Thank you.0 -

A lot of the little dishes were cheaper in Morries but the Up&Go and the soup were cheaper in A. Got £1 brand match though had been expecting more as thought it would compare with A, not M.
But I'll get £14 back from Shopmummy, used 5 full price (£1.79) coupons for the U&G, 4 coupons for the Hipp, 30p soup, and two Ocean S for the sparkling water. Also the Batchelors will be free on COS. And a £3 wys £20 conditional spend and got another one too. So easily paid to shop and I'm happy, though if I had checked before I went out...
I asked the SA before using the T coupons, saying they were supposed to be one per transaction and if she preferred, I was happy to do that. She didn't prefer and was pleased I'd asked. Thanks to the OP who suggested that strategy some time ago.0
