Can anyone remember the details on the free course to enable you to get an NUS card ? Was it shaw academy or something ? If so was it a free trial that needs to be cancelled ? Tia xx

I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

I want to watch this, I heard it is great x

I was cleaning and putting decorations up........... not a happy Bunny!

Christmas is really what you make it.

This year, I wanted to do absolutely nothing but eat and get drunk. I definitely did not want to spend the full weekend cleaning and putting Fing decorations up.

Gardenia can I please ask, what colour was the sticker on top of the bottle? I picked up a bottle in morries today with the lovely Christmas surprise sticker on it, I had a choice of either a green one or red. i chose red. I've just input the code into innocent website and my surprise was a whole list of corny jokes . Was your £1 moc inside the sticker or did you have to input the code? TIA

Sorry you only got corny jokes.
Mine had a green sticker .
On the underside of this top layer is the wording "a joyful £1 off your next innocent drink.
Then it folds out with the barcode on the other two sections.

Looks like it's coupons or prizes (post four.)

Is this Blippar to do with the pic I was shown by aau? Please, sorry.

I'll be back later, I'm off for a search :D xx

    Yes it is altojack.

Blippar is an app. The picture aau has shown you, is from McDonalds.

If you have Blippar on your phone/tablet etc, hold it up to the McDonalds picture as if you were taking a photo, the App, will "read" the picture, and it'll show you a circle, within which, is the percentage of reading it has done. Once it has finished, the advent door of the day will open on the app, and then a cracker appears. You have to click on over/under 16, then the cracker opens, and you may win a prize.

3dogs im asking you this as know you are a vegan, there may be others i dont know.
What do you think about the new £5 note? are you refusing it?

Evening all hope the elite are well. Xcc

Took a few days to myself as was feeling a bit blue , but today saw both my dd and their children lots of hugs and laughter then boys got tree and decorations out to do and we had a chippy tea . and I am feeling so much better .

We had a conversation at work about the £5 bubbs as we have a lot of vegans in
I am not vegan but don't eat meat, and everyone us unhappy about it and think they should be withdrawn. I can see their point it is wrong for an item that everyone has to use to have animal products in. When it could be made without any xxc

    Spot on :rotfl::rotfl:love QI
Donald Watson, founder of the Vegan Society, coined the word “vegan” in 1944 as a statement against vegetarians who ate dairy products. He took the first and last letters of the word vegetarian to create his orthodox version of vegetarianism.

I was a vegan from 14 to 25, then a vegetarian (I would have milk mostly goats, and when pregnant eggs until I was 46.... then the menopause kicked in and now I will eat most dead animals.:D:D:D

    bahh bl**dy humbug.

I even threatened to take the dog to the dogs home, it is malting terribly (she always malts at this time of year.... and at Christmas she will be menstruating... so will have her knickers on!).

DS2 said he would brush her yesterday... but didn't....I spent an hour yesterday pulling chucks of hair out and then brushing her (half a carrier bag). This morning she needed pulling and brushing again. I made DS2 get out of his pit, and sort her out (another half a carrier bag). DS3 washed her. I throw her bedding away. I now feel a little mean as she had a wonderful thick bed, and now she has a blanket!

    :D:D:D:D:D

OH is putting a film on... lets see if he can find the Daniel Blake film
