Was it a lightning deal? They only let you have 1 of those, maybe that's why? Sounds like you're going to have to call them again :( Given the time of day, you might get through to the American CS team and I find them to be much more helpful on the whole than the early morning team.

Yep that's what it's looking like. Even though a manager told me she'd cancel and refund me so I could reorder straight away at the lower price

I'm near the end of my tether on the phone now

Can you shabby chic it a bit?

I missed this picture somehow, i have nevr heard of them toiltries :rotfl::rotfl:

You get them in posh hotels, and first class flights (in the toiletry bags)...... I am sure that is where DS1 'acquired' them from.

A few years ago we went to see him and stayed in the hotel he was working in, we stuffed our suitcases with the toiletries from the room............ they were extremely lovely natural products (apparently £20 for a small piece of soap to wash your hands...:eek:)

    We still have some left....:):):):):)

Can't you just reorder on another account and return the first?

Don't overdo it, you don't want it to detract from the contents.

Personally if I were doing it I would do no more than a light paint wash.
