Yeah that's the same response I've had as well. Think they've gone and royally messed up though. Spoke on the phone and she said she'd cancel and refund my money to the gift card I used, the balance is showing on my account but I can't use when it comes to checking out. I also don't think she's cancelled my order properly as it won't let me reorder and I keep getting the message '
We're sorry. This item has a limited purchase quantity. We have changed your purchase quantity to the maximum allowable.' Which turns out is 0 as I've already ordered it. Don't know if it takes time for the cancellation to show up in my account? But the fact that my gift card balance has gone up it should be cancelled. My head hurts :(

Was it a lightning deal? They only let you have 1 of those, maybe that's why? Sounds like you're going to have to call them again :( Given the time of day, you might get through to the American CS team and I find them to be much more helpful on the whole than the early morning team.

Evening mad squad, got one u n g at mrT tonight and used free coupon, up came the customer has not bought the right product message, it was the strawberry 250ml I bought, I've used the coupons in that store with choc and vanilla before with no problem. Do the coupons just not work with strawberry or is there an issue with the coupons now?
Sorry if it's been reported and I've missed it?

    TIA

I've had this on a couple of occasions, so yes it's just a problem with the strawberry. Can't you find the 330ml in the chiller? They all work fine. :)

I've now crossed out, to the best of my memory, the expired items from the M list. So it should now be 'as good as...' (it goes). Of course I have now still to add the 'new' items to make the changes needed. I think, as regards making changes, this song uplifts me:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8MWKrI0GpYo

Best sound recording ever made IMO. Made in 1998, and nothing better before or ever since in the entire history of sound recording as far as I have heard.

Of course I have my biases and prejudices:rotfl:. Here I'm aware that I am excluding songs that aren't in the English language, simply because ones that are are relating to me and I can understand what they mean. That's not to say I don't like songs in other languages - there are some good to great songs out there - but just that I love that one. So uplifting - and the whole message... oh, so good! I do like to give it some:rotfl::D:D:D. Oh I am estatically happy with this song, sorry. No need to apologise!

In fact - zzzz...:rotfl: - as I go on into yet more detail again and discuss my full and true emotions(:rotfl:) - I've understood that the song was 7 minutes and 51 seconds long - and yes it's a lot easier to get through and way shorter than boring 3 minute songs on much UK radio all the time - I'm sorry folks, as some of you know, I managed exactly eight seconds of a Justin Bieber song and then had to switch off (it was just irritating me that much:rotfl:) - I don't know why they call some of my music "challenging" as I have no difficulty getting through those songs at all, I think the problem is that the unchallenging stuff is therefore so challenging for me:rotfl: but I know people have different tastes and don't mean to disrespect any Justin Bieber fan - I just can't understand how you can listen to that song as I find it impossible. Actually unlistenable to me. And I'm sure some will say the same of State of Mind. I can't understand. The name of the act, the title of the song, the lyrics, everything - uplifting, soooo happy!! All totally right, perfectly crafted, natural, everything at the right time, the production, the parts underneath the vocals, the whole lot!! Anyway - I'm getting into detail:rotfl:. It's originally 7 minutes 51 seconds but I notice (of course I do, how could I ever miss?:D) that the linked one is only 7 minutes 36 seconds - yet, as far as I can tell (I'm sure I would immediately spot if it had been) nothing has been taken out of the song so it looks like it's simply been sped up slightly so that, over 7 minutes and 36 seconds, it's done 15 seconds more - so it's slightly faster and, of course for me, made it slightly even better than the song I've known from 1998:rotfl::rotfl:. So the best of all is actually now this 7 minutes 36 seconds version:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::T.

Oh! I end up playing it again and again and again when I go back to periods of listening to it again and then discovered how good it was and is. I could just play it for a whole hour or even day and end up the happiest person alive throughout the whole lot. If there was only one song in the entire world and nothing else at all, it would be this. It's beautiful - all that singing and 'shouting' and then... the most soulful vocal of all (1 minute 45 seconds) (that's as opposed to what I say is the most soulless stuff of all that people call 'soulful' - you, know pop music masquerading as soul music that has no soul at all and is the complete opposite to any of it - soul music is the Wigan casino etc. stuff from the 1970s, and I like all of that too) - this isn't "soul music" but is electronic house with a soulful voice element according to me - so, if you understand, then have the time of your life and, if not, oh well... anyway, go girl, go girl! (6 minutes 22 seconds):rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::T:T:T:T.

My brother, who likes a lot of my (perhaps more well-known) music from the 1990s, doesn't like this. Just strange. Anyway, M list is (probably) up-to-date on the expired items and I can understand how I can make changes to it. Apparently. Somehow:rotfl::rotfl:.

(EDIT: I'm just playing it again and again now:doh:. Might not even make any changes or do anything else all night:rotfl:. The "Realise..." starting at 1.22 is eleven seconds long! Details like this surely matter:rotfl:.)
