Good evening all
So annoyed with myself - went to W's but my updated picks hadn't saved so the weetabix and fairy discounts didn't come off
Did get some venison steaks reduced to 26p though
I nearly forgot to confirm mine last night and only realised when my email didn't come through.
Mr TM doesn't understand why it took me 2 Days to plan 2 shops in W.
He has no appreciation of the dedication I have to glitching:rotfl:To do is to be. Rousseau

Evening all!
DH has just asked for a lift home from the pub. How dare he disrupt my viewing of our Moneysaving Master!:D:rotfl:
I'm totally stuck for a 'big' present for him. I was thinking of a VR headset but I think it'll be ditched after a short while as he's really busy in the evenings, and the prices of the decent ones are :eek::eek:
So, now I'm thinking of a fancy meal somewhere, maybe a Michelin starred place or something similarly upmarket. I'd like it to be somewhere where the food is fancy but recognisable, rather than a smoosh of something and a whipped foam something else, but I have no idea where to start. I'd also like to be able to book a table and maybe pay for a set menu in advance, so I have something to give to him on the day. Like Mhoc, I'm looking for a weekend, or perhaps a Friday night. Nothing onerous there then :rotfl:
I think the best presents are creating memories. Plus you get to enjoy them too:DTo do is to be. Rousseau

My cat many years ago had some in his ears. My neighbour was looking after him while we were away on holiday, he said the cat hadn't moved off the chair for a few days, when we arrived home and saw the cat, we counted about 25 tick in his ears. They were literally sucking all his blood.
Definitely only the one and it's smaller than a grain of rice. He's really well Sarah so I'm not worried but will keep an eye on him.
Hang on I'll take a photo of it:DTo do is to be. Rousseau

It looks like a small grain of rice attached to the inside of his ear and it says I might be able to pull it off with tweezers....apparently the head of the tick is embedded in his ear. But there is a technique and if you get it wrong and the head breaks off.....hope no one is eating:rotfl:.....it could cause an infection.
Unsure what to do:think::think::think:
Evening luvlies
Sorry to hear about all the rain and the wind you've been having, sounds awful.
TM, I'd also like to say be careful removing the tick yourself. Check with the vet, if you regularly treat Oz with frontline the tick should die and fall off on its own, at least that's what happens with stronghold. Stanley Boy has Stronghold now as that is what our vet recommends (think Frontline has been overused). I know your boy doesn't like the vets, but they usually remove them foc and you can buy the tool and remove them next time yourself if they don't fall off:happylove Nanny to 2 Cherubs :happylove0 -
Evening peeps.
Had to do some running around today, so whilst I was in town I managed to get the free popcorn from boots, free Cafe Nero coffee and the free Xmas cards from WHS. 30 cards for £6.99.
Thankyou 02.0 -
Afternoon all - been AWOL all day.
eldest son had an unexpected day off so as his GF was at work we were the runner up prize so he came to visit.
I made him porridge as he hadn't made himself any breakfast.
I sorted out his Nationwide savings or lack of them.
We sorted out a date for Christmas lunch in December.
We took him to Morrisons for lunch and then Neros for coffee.
And then he went home as he had the only set of flat keys
used and abused but thats about as good as it gets now
Time to read back
That sounds like a perfect day x :T:T:TI need to buy 3 lady shavers, but reading reviews is off putting:( might just get 3 disposable razors:rotfl::rotfl:
3..... by heck you must be really hairy!
