I did this earlier with the optiwell and milk. Optiwell went through ok on CoS, but CS have just declined my milk one saying receipt already submitted.

They will do ... as the receipt HAS already been submitted through their system .

I am not judging, I messed up at the weekend and had to write off a claim .
