Truymadly, be careful with the tick if they leave the head in, it can get infected, if you rub vasoline on it and rub it anticlockwise the tick will get dizzy and comes out. Otherwise you need a special tick remover, I am a dab hand at getting them out now, it freaked me out the first few times.

I'm going to try a dot of frontline first which kills ticks Sarah. He's out now but I will let you know how I get on.

That's so funny thinking about them getting dizzy.

He will go to the vets as a last resort as it traumatises him. I end up crying in the car with him and we both arrive at the vets with mascara running down our cheeks:rotfl:
