    They may do a leaflet like they did a couple of years ago with the finest/dairy mocs in....guess it saves folk having to take multiple mags ;)

    How about doing something with the rice adding either some herb for green or experimenting with jewelled rice I think people add pomegranate seeds so there are flecks of red...

    or how about just getting something like a holly mould like you would use for baking and shaping the rice on the plates before you dollop on the curry...I'm thinking more along the lines of how it's presented rather than it acually being chrismassy if that makes sense


    Failing that ask the boss for her suggestion......
