Currently they are in the freezer, don't have time to do anything with them for a while. But they will turn into chestnut stuffing and chestnut soup. Chestnut soup and a nice brioche is really comforting in the winter :D

    Evening Elite friends

Hope they finally get DD2's paperwork sorted TS

Another question about Airport Lounge. I'm told you cannot take food and drink onto plane from outside, can only take what you buy duty free, shops etc. So, when in airport lounge, can you take an extra bottle of soft drink from the lounge onto the plane, and mayne something to eat. Thinking :money: here ;)

I've never had a problem taking food onto a plane - I always take a sandwich or snack when I'm on a charter flight and just buy a coffee onboard. I also buy a bottle of water before I board as its usually cheaper than on the plane - its fine so long as you buy it after the security check - they just don't let you take alcohol on to drink on the plane. I don't see the problem with taking a bottle of soft drink from the lounge so long as you can sneak it out.
