    Afternoon all

Well I got my good news

Council have leased my flat for 2 years It was an ex council flat we bought 9 years ago Prices were high Area ok Council then let flat below to some difficult tenants So been struggling with it the last 4 years was cheaper to pay the mortgage then lose money if I sold One less thing to concern me

If I wasn't a Frocky? then I would be out blowing money on dinner

The ladies at work changed their lunch day out and I could not go :) Should I add that saving back in? Maybe not
