Ta for this, just right :)
it's out if stock at the mo so I've put stock notification on it for both addresses - Wilko are very good, when things come back in at least you stand a good chance of getting the item, unlike Superdrug which go OOS within millisections

also a little bit of cashback if I go via TCB

I will also have a look in store in the meantime as well

oh crikey..sometimes I worry about me...I'm just on my own planet!

Umm I think I'm hoping to get as much cheap and free stuff with a bit of wombling too .....

I may well be going into this month of frugalness with an empty freezer as I just dont think I will be able to save the contents till tomorrow...but its a challenge and I'm up for it.

I am hoping that we can use things like the winning sol voucher things hence my interest in them this morning...

...but all in I don't plan to spend more than £40 for the month in physical money on food and drink.
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

    Good morning all...

Does some kind soul have the link to the free sol's please....long story but my computer seems to be blocking all access to anything that I have stored!

My fridge freezer has broken this morning but the lovely people at ao are delivering a new one tomorrow...just need to keep everything frozen until then.....it's at least 15 years old so it owes us nothing really, just the timing of its demise could have been better!

I love the term that mhoc used yesterday "fiscal responsibilities"...that's my phrase of the day...

Off to read back...hope its a good day for all....

a new fridge freezer is a wondrous thing, ours is now 5 years old  but I am still madly in love with ours - we have a matching fridge and freezer, silver with the temps on LCD displays :D

I have to admit I really don't see this new fridge freezer as a thing of beauty....more a necessity and we were restricted over the sizes as it really needs to fit into the existing space,so no whistles and snazzy gadgets on this one I'm afraid...

Although what was quite amusing, when ao phoned this morning and said they could see that we had purchased from them before it got me thinking that everything we have purchased in the last 4 years has always been for one of the rentals and never here at home...so there is a little satisfaction that finally the fridge is being dragged into the 21st century and I now get to own something thats actually under guarantee!!!!!

I just wish it would have given me a little bit of notice that it was planning to give up...

DD's just had a matching pair for her new kitchen and very lovely they are too. Tall enough to stand up in them if you take the shelves out.

But she swapped the locations, so now the freezer is where the f/f was, but with its opening on the other side. All very fine except my old habits die hard, so when I made a cup of tea, I wondered why I couldn't get the fridge to open... I'd automatically gone to the hinged side of the freezer... :o

We had to change the side of our fridge door as it had dropped probably because I overload it. :o And old habits die hard, I was ok for first week or so as I consciously remembered door had been changed but couple of months later and I am finding I am trying wrong side. :rotfl:
