Who, you off to Adsa?? :D

Train people (oh, Snap is away, so anyone else please) how can I find out what service is running on Easter Sunday please. It was normal last year, but just want to double check. TIA

me personally I would not risk it, Sunday service is bad enough but Easter Sunday even worse esp if they decide to do engineering works.

has something caught your eye on the 2018 list?

Good afternoon, hope everyone is well and finding lots of bargains.

Mum has been moved to a Care Home for rehabilitation. It seems good and the staff are caring. Took a lot of effort to get anywhere decent.
OT has been out to her house to check for equipment and any adaptations
She can walk a few steps with a zimmer frame, but had a really bad day yesterday and doctor was called out to see her this morning.
I am finding the drive and 2 lots of visiting a day exhausting and mentally am not in a good place, but she has friend's visiting the afternoon, so I will just go tonight.
be easy on yourself Sue....I know the natural thing is for you to want to be with your mum,but you do need to make sure that your health doesn't suffer too...

Good that others are visiting too,it takes the pressure and responsibility off you a little ....can you arrange just one visit a day maybe for a little longer or do you need to be there specifically twice for meals and helping with that....

Sometimes it's really difficult on those that care for relatives and I can totally relate to how you are saying you're not in a good place because of it...but try and step back even if it's only a little...mum is being cared for and you really do need to take this time to also adjust yourself...easier said than done I know...
Take care....it will get better x

Sue sending you hugs. I know how exhausting visiting can be, and trying to fit everything else in around it.

It is positive that the OT has been to her house and that she can walk a few steps. But there are always bad days so it's good that she has the support of the care home for now.

Wishing your mum well and take good care of yourself x

I've been having a think about the emails from bellaItalia...and wonder if people who have previously done the tastings are having their email invites much later than new sign ups....last week I think it was tuesday,DS registered for BI for the first time...his email yesterday came out at as 2.30 so it might be that preference is being given to the newly registered.

Perhaps if a few sign up as new recruits this week that might generate early emails and more chance of booking for the last event when it goes live next week...

just a thought...but worth a shot....especially for Mhoc who I am convinced was the finder originally last year and doesn't even seem to have been sent any emails this year.

yes it was my one claim to fame last year -being the original finder of the very first Big Bella night :T
I think there has been smaller more local versions since then

I am going to have a go at signing up OH and using the iPad address to see what happens :)
