Also there is a new offer on the Greggs app of a free bag or crisps or popcorn but needless to say not on mine and my free granola has vanished as well - I missed the first granola as well :(

I've not got the free Pringles on shopimum either but that is probably a good thing really as I've heard dreadful things about what they are made from :(

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.

exactly. I can always use the Spanish chicken sauce and the Lloyd grossman sauces but I don't really want to be buying them every week or the weekly menus would start to look identical.

This week on shopotize its ginger beer which OH drinks and Shloer which is on offer in sainsbobs - in theory I could buy these so I've got something different for when we have visitors or for Christmas but in reality the visitors never stay for very long and at Christmas we might have an extra one here for maybe 2 days at the very most ...

I like to have lots of different drinks in justincase but the reality is we are just enjoying a Belvoir cordial (lemon grass and lime very delicious) from last Christmas and that is despite having extended visitors over the summer ...
I am trying to encourage them to drink up the collection of random ciders I have but no one seems interested ...:rotfl:

So I took a look online.

Looks like the cardboard tube might contain more nutrients

Just seen this on the side banners - it might apply to someone on the elite. I think getting your GP to complete his set of paperwork might be a bit daunting

If its done as part of a social services/care package type review its reasonably easy as certainly in our part of the country the services link up to share information.
